Yes, but just think of it....!!! How many lives might be saved if the State were TRULY motivated to bless us with their wisdom and enacted a HELMET LAW for all motorists...lives might be saved, hospital bills reduced, society saved from ourselves!

P.S. Please don't tell my better half that she'll be ticketed right after she leaves the salon .... the officer had better be wearing a helmet too ROFL

A good thought, but helmets are no longer needed as the front and side airbags are more effective. In the works is the next generation of automated bag deflation called the body-bag (tm pofo enterprises) that people of all ages will be required to wear. It is a vest that blows up upon impact in any situation. Walking, bike, motorcycle, car, truck. Even if you are a pedestrian in a crosswalk and hit by a car, the bodibag (tm pofo enterprizes) will completely surround the wearer and protect them from most impacts.

When legislation is enacted to require wearing the bodybagg (tm pofo enterprizes) (expected in spring 2012), seat belts, air bags, child seats, and helmet use will be eliminated.
