One of my friends had an ugly divorce that dragged on for over a year arguing about how to split up the assets. Both sides wasting away the funds having their lawyers contact each other. Both of them just trying to annoy the other.
This soon to be ex-husband seems like he was just asking for it by showing up with the car and the girl friend. If she is angry, of course she is going to want to take away the things he wants, not because she wants or needs them, because it will upset him. If he had any brains at all he would not have shown up with the girlfriend and waited until the divorce was settled before acquiring any new toys that he wanted to keep. |
