Evan, how come there are no pics of your car in your gallery?:(
|
Your point is not lost here, which in it of itself is somewhat insulting, since it implies people don't understand (or are too stupid) your comments.
I didn't read or see any of the attacks on Ernie. However, I do miss a lot of threads, since I don't read threads that I have no interest. As I said previously, I think Ron and Jamo do a great job with this site, and there will always be occasions where people argue on a public site. It's bound to happen. Also, I noticed that you did insert two references to what appears to be the only subject you show interest in here on this site. |
Hey Rodknock read into it what you will. Some of the responses to my initial post say it all. Interpret them any way you want as will I. I think my interpretation is correct (as usual :p)
Patrickt: Nah. Why add more grist for the mill here. If you want some pics I'll send some to you in a pm. Takes care. |

hello! I'm here :)

From my vantage point...
In response to the original post.... and about those who have been on ClubCobra since the beginning, there are possibly a few other things to consider that might not be so evident; especially to new users on CC.
Some have developed OFFLINE or "private" online relationships, which started on ClubCobra that resulted in the formation of events, regional clubs, regular socials and get-togethers and other private online websites and group forums. I just got back from one major yearly Cobra event this weekend, which was inspired by the roots and core of Clubcobra. The result was that we were all privately driving our cars together in person, rather than meeting online. As a long term member I don't create posts or reply nearly as much as I use to on CC when the same topics are repeated by new generations who have not searched old threads for answers already provided repeatedly in the past years. Also, the formation of other formats such as Facebook and Myspace have drawn a small segment of friends away to other forums as well as a medium to connect more privately. Whenver something global or more public comes up about Cobras or Cobra topics and communications, my default source is still and will always be ClubCobra.com DC |

The only suggestion I could provide would be for Evan to invest in a set of GY Billboards to perfect the look.;) |

Funny though, something is missing....... http://thehubbardco.tripod.com/image...ent/469167.jpg :LOL::LOL: |
John, if you look in the right upper corner of the top pic, you'll see that Evan's car is just being off loaded from an enclosed trailer. He just hasn't had the time to setup the concrete barricades yet.
|
John: No, not to worry the stanchions and ropes were there. I moved them for the pic by the tennis court and put them back promptly. Rest easy.
I have had the GY Billboards on 4206 since 8/07. Now concrete barricades...theres an idea... Maybe the wife can follow in the Range Rover with them when I go to shows and stuff..... |
BTW I didn't even know you couldn't send pics in a PM.
I'll try to attach some additional pics. Need to find someone to help me with that one. :JEKYLHYDE I will get it done. |
