The car is a Shell Valley, Chevy powered running with two propane tanks mounted to the rear deck. Really radical and Randy is just one heck of a driver. He lives in either Denver or Colorado Springs and is in the propane business. Try googling Randy Schranz. He is really a good guy and would tell you about the features of his car. I do not think he competes any more but runs exhibition at the peak. He also ran at Run N Gun for several years so maybe Clois or Dean has his contact info.
