Doug,
It's difficult to say exactly. My best guess would be between 20 and 30 on Thursday and 30 to 40 on Friday. As you know, lot's of people come out to watch only. Don't forget the friendly ambulance driver and Winston.

Hadn't forgotten them. I wonder there's a way the ambulance driver could get a ride for a lap or 3? Has Winston been for a ride ?

Me ? I think I'm all taken care of.
Just womderin about the ambulance driver - she gets to sit there all day watching us go round and round. Has she ever been able to watch from the inside?
Winston is the Marketing Manager (?) for NPR. Gets to make the bookings for people and makes sure that everyone had a good time.
David - I don't mind a ride, as long as I don't have to push. Just about had to the last time. The full guage needle goes the other way ..... we won't say who

There'll be at least 1 local FFR there on Friday. Lee Tilton who's the local SSCA Champ. A few builders will also be heading out there.
Jay - I think we'll have to just get a bottle.

NPR III
Well folks we're 0ne month away from a great time. Looks like we'll have a good turn out. My guess is 15 for Thursday and 20 for Friday. Can't find cheaper fun or greater people.
It's a hoot!!
Doug I, I'd be happy to take the ambulance driver around the track. There will be many people willing to do the same.

Hey Keith... Don't forget to count me in. I've got to be there as that damn track owes me a motor... The least it can do is repay me with some good lap times.

You have a boiler ?
This actually started with coffee. The last time we were there we found out there is a drivers loung about 20 yards from where we parked. We could have bought a coffee perk. and everyone would have had coffee for the day.
We said the next time we'd bring the coffee. My wife said she could do a jumbalaya to go with lunch (probably just the Friday) so that's what we have planned so far.
Crawfish boil sounds an idea - but it'd be a little bit of a mission to do ? The local Shell gas station has some very very good Boudin balls. About worth the trip from BR to go get some
Keith thinks there could be 30~40 people there on Friday.
regards
Doug

Doug I;
Do I have a boiler?????Is the pope catholic, does a wild bear crap in the woods????Any half decent Cajun must have at least one boiler.... Yes, I have one that will do about 50 pounds at a time.... Right now the crawfish are just starting to come in,prices are high....also I want as much track time as I can get, will not have much time for boiling crawfish, but maybe another time we'll get "together" and do it.....
BTW; I should be there friday around 8:00am,I'm about two hours or a little more away....You will see me coming in,green Ford F-150 X-Cab 4X4,towing a red 65 Mustang Fastback on a flat trailer,I usually look kinda like the Beverly Hillbillies with all my stuff (junk) loaded in the truck, usually go park between the two nicest duallys with enclosed trailers I can find.....hides me from the rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS; I do love jambalaya, what kind is the little misses making????
David
