You and I both know what I am talking about.
The quickest way around a circuit does not include extremely late braking, but rather the early pickup of the throttle prior to the apex and therein carrying the most speed through the corner, resulting in a subsequently greater exit speed and most time spent at top speed overall.
What I was speaking of was finding just how deep one could go if needed.
All amateurs brake too early. They never find the limits of corner entry.
And we both know the best place to pass is on entry.
(Unless you have 20 mph+ top speed advantage.)
