Just this to add: The oil to air coolers have shown to be more efficient on our race motors. On larger tracks, with the oil cooler in the radiator, water was 200 and oil was 250-260. After switching to a large, oil to air cooler, water is ~200 degrees and oil is now ~230 degrees...considered very good in our application.
