Myself and two other guys here in the Dallas area have this setup.All three of us have a little over 600 hp.One has a 427w,2 have 418w.
The 427w is in a BDR.While having it setup on the dyno,they found a single disc couldn't hold it.He switched to the street twin,problem solved.
All three of us put 99% of the miles on on the street.
I have never had a problem with it in over 2 years.Neither have the other two guys in the same length of time.
I would do it.
