Default Coolant & catch can questions
I'm in the process of installing a catch can and replacing the anti-freeze to be able to put the car on the track. Several questions have come up:

Royal Purple water additive label states "Do not use distilled water in an aluminum radiator. Redline Water wetter has no similar warning. Is this a problem? Use tap water???

Catch can from Summit racing has no vent. If I close the drain valve, it seems the can will pressurize & not accept any overflow, leave the drain open & it serves no purpose, what's the deal??

Thoughts & opinions welcome
