Willow Springs Track Day: August 9th

I hope you guys had a good day at the track. For a last-minute, thrown together, track day, it came off very well. I’m sorry I was not more available. I was having a meltdown with my car. It was running flawless at the dyno 3 days prior but for some reason ran like a pos at the track. Worked on it till 1am Friday night and threw in the towel Saturday at noon. So car never left the pits.

The good news is I drove the last 2 sessions in Karen’s spec racer and identified a problem with my car before Thunderhill in 2 weeks. Also got to visit with friends a little. Only wish I had more time to visit with the other cobra folks that came out. I saw you guys out there looking good. All and all, it was a pretty cool event.
