Thumbs up A&C Body Came today!!

Well my A&C British Racing Green Gel coat body was delivered today. I am really impressed with high luster gel coat. I couldn't find any imperfection in the body. I don't know why the other companies don't employ this process. It's going to save me all that body work and cost of painting. I hope to have picture in a few days after mounting the body.

Default Mine arrived also.

Not to highjack your thread, but my A&C arrived yesterday. I felt like a kid on Christmas morning tearing open all of the boxes. Then my excitement was quickly overtaken by stress. I think I'm in over my head, but it will be fun digging out.

CWILSON

I saw your car on the White's trailer. What shade of blue is that? I hope you were as happy with body as I was?

As you know, A&C can only do solid colors with the gelcoat so I sent them 2 metalic colors with hopes they would be able to color match. My first choice was from an '86 Porsche; Iris Blue. My second choice was from the '06 Mustange; Windveil Blue. Looking at the paint codes for the '06 models, I also found a solid/flat version of the windveil blue used for under the hood, so thats the color I got. I was hoping for a color closer to the Iris Blue, but I'm very happy with how the Windveil Blue came out.
