Clutch PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Almost finished. Just have to complete the clutch installation. I bought everything Joe T. said in the manual but I am having an issue with the set up. Even a picture of the slave set up would help.............

It's a T5. Anyone use anything different as far as a clutch is concerned?
