The expression of that many unique personal preferences by the builder will surely thin the list of potential buyers. Plus it's offered for sale by a dealer...
Don't think you'll see this one fetch a premium price.

5 hours to go - looks like another "reserve not met". Great time of year
to try to sell one too. That guy sure did like taking pictures. Yikes.
