You know, if you guys had red cars, there wouldn't be an issue with orange, yellow, purple and primer cars.

I had it figured out after the Yarnell run.

I verified later.

I hear you blew another cam. Time to go Roller.

Roller system on order, should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
Jeff will never do a flat tappet system again is my best guess.

Red Car? Who said Red Car? Can't have anymore red cars or we will become like blue and silver cars. Maybe Special Red cars then....

THank you Mr. Fitz. Ya'll hear that.. "SPECIAL RED". That's what mine is. Special Red...

Actually it's called Rangoon Red and it was a stock Ford color from 1957 to 1968. My father owned a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 that was Rangoon Red and White. One of the prettiest cars Ford ever built.

Calling a car pretty can get you in trouble.

Mike, Yarnell to Sedona sounds good to me on 11/28.
You won't have to chase me down, turn me around with the 3 cars following me on the wrong road, like last time. I added a GPS nav gadget to my Cobra.

For those who haven't done this, we meet at the McDonald's in Wickenburg at whatever time Mike says . . . 10am? Yarnell Hill is #89 to Prescott, then we stay on #89 to Prescott, Jerome, Cottonwood, to the Sedona airport for lunch. Home via #179 & I-17 or whatever route you choose. Good twisty roads, great views and Mike will rescue you if you miss a turn.
Pete

Danr, at least your radio isn't a mega-multi-super-whoop-de-do like the one in Fitz's bomber. Still, radio in a Cobra? "Why oh Why must our love be just a dream of you?" (old beer swilling, hillbilly song) right up there with "I got tears in my ears from cryin' over you" and "I got the hungries for your love and I'm waitin' in your welfare line". I expect to hear these at 3000db coming from Fitz's car at any time.

This thread started about "Thanksgiving" and to keep it on track, just think..

If the Indians had given the Pilgrims a donkey

instead of a turkey, we would all be having

a piece of a$$ this Thanksgiving!!..

Ralphie, the reminder guy.
