The third brake light is built into the license frame by Billet Specialties. I got it direct from their website.http://www.billetspecialties.com/ Then do a search on lic plath frames.

It comes with the light to illuminate the plate also. You can get it without the third brake light too. I used the wiring from the existing plate light for that and just spliced into the brake light wire and ran it up to the new light. Its also a beautiful billet aluminum finish.

Thanks, Mike, These are the best I have seen yet. I located an LED light strip to mount to my current plate frame on the bottom. Fournd it for $14.99. Will try it out first and keep my original liscense plate light above.
