Cup holders are usually named Heidi , Viki, Jackie, Angie, ''

- stay away from the Francesca cup holders as they are defective ( long story)

Then there was Stormy, Trixy and Gabriella. All tended to be pretty good cup holders, but more of a novelty....

Someone here posted about using a running shoe with the toe stuck under the passenger seat, then put your drink in the heel. Genious! And, I'm sure much less expensive than the others mentioned above.

I just drove a Cobra with two in the middle. They didn't seem to be placed right as my elbow was right where a drink would go. I would move them forward. These were just aluminum cups sitting down in the console. See the picture. Say, how do you get pictures in these replys?

I understand this cupholder comes standard with the new Gallardo. I keep meaning to pick one up for the Cobra.

Just stay away from the red ones. The red ones look nice but can be very dangerous and unpredictable! Oh, how we digress...back on subject!

This is the one I installed in my cobra on the fiberglass wall behind passenger seat just beside fire extinguisher: http://tinyurl.com/ypl3wp
Has worked fine for 10 years.

Just have your passenger hold the drink outside of the car, thats what I do.

Need a cup holder? Buy a chevette. They come complete with cupholders...

and to think I take crap from everyone about my radio!

I mounted a cup holder in the spot to the left of the drivers seat behind the door jam on the floor, it works well. The bloond does look like a better idea.

I just say, "Here, honey, hold this".

You're not supose to drink and drive. When in the cobra with soda I drink 20 oz bottles. Russ Thompson sells a cup holder as well however you might want to consider the Chevette idea too.

Is the "Francesca" the model that spills your milk on your lap.

While intended for Corvettes , the Travel Buddy cupholder, 1 or 2 cups , might work in the passenger side and attached to the transmission tunnel.

Product quality is excellent. Had purchased 2 or 3 others, best that I have had. Needed in the Corvette to complement the A/C, PS, Power Windows, CD/FM/XM stereo etc., :)

Original 1 cup is an engineering mistake.

Here is an option. I bought the Bell cup holders at Kragens, then bolted them together with a couple of aluminum straps. Stuck velcro to the bottom and stuck them to the carpet. They aren't stable by them selves, so I hoocked them together. My wife still holds the drinks around corners or under extreme acceleration!

I bought a cheap duel cup holder from Pepboys, it was designed for a tranny tunnel a little smaller then most Cobras, but with a little modification (ie dremel) it fits fine and can come out for shows or to be cleaned.

Now, don't chuckle til you go look.

Wal Mart has a rectangular black canvas, two sided cupholder and open pouch tray thing that has velcro for hold-downs.

When not in use, it folds nicely for stuffing behind the seat.

Take a look next time you have to go there with the wife.

Dwrat, Have you forgotten that you had like mine and I told you where to get one and how to install it ?
