SAI had the legal means & responsibility to immediatly close this dealership the minute that the ownership changed of the dealership and/or changed hands
SAI failed to do so and many people were damaged under the "factory-authorized SAI dealership" banner
If I was one of the damaged parties you can bet your bottom dollar i would be suing SAI for failing to control its factory-authorized dealer and to ultimately close the dealership and notify all parties, which SAI did not

I don't know exactly what went on behind the scenes but I think "swap out" is a little strong. A new order was placed and it still took 10 months for the roller to be delivered to the dealer. I'm not sure how that saved me any time. Maybe you thought something else was happening.
Regardleszs of what you may or may not have done at that time I disagree with the way you're promoting your lawsuit on several forums. You already have threads about the lawsuit. You don't need to add it to others. Just my opinion. We're all entitled to have one.
