Default Marti & Dan

Aida and I wish to thank the two of you for the excellent party today. We had a wonderful time renewing friendships and eating. Dan you did good ! The "Arizona" brats were very good and the burgers were filling. Marti, your home is very comfortable, I love the "Micky Mouse" room, we all need a room like that to escape to and relax. Thanks to both of you for a wonderful time. Aida & John

John, Aida, and everyone who came for Brats and Burgers.... We were pleased to have you and hope we can do this again next year. We were espcecially pleased to upset the neighbor at the end of the block. Thanks to everyone who participated.

Yes Dave, I made it home just fine. All things considered this was an easy fix. I parked the cobra and went up to the Make A Wish Car Show to tell the rest of the gang what a great lunch they missed. Thanks Marti and Dan for the event. We had 15 or so cobras. Sure sounded nice coming and going.
Still got to clean the engine, bay and hood.

Just finished cleaning up the cobra. Not as difficult as I assumed. Once with Dawn in water, then Windex, then Quick Detailer. All better.
For those who weren't there. My short heater hose from front of intake manifold to top radiator fluid reservoir burst and sprayed 1+ gallon of antifreeze/water all over the motor.

I heard the "Micky Mouse" room is really Danr55s room when he visits.

It was a great time. Ginny and I had a ball.

I have pics of all the cars I'll post them tomorrow.

Mike

P.S. It was fun upsetting the neighbor.

Thanks Marti and Dan. As always, a lot of fun to get together. We need to have BBQ's like that more often.

My thanks also for the invite and the chance to be with you all. Food was great and so was the company. Maybe Gaby and I could host a get together after we return from Europe...sometime around August/September? You would all get to see beautiful Avondale in all its glory! Thanks for the tip on the speedo correction...have apt this Thursday in Tempe. Ciao! Bill and Gaby Bryan
