I will be in San Diego for that weekend, but ya'll be sure to say Hi to Nurse Nancy for me. She's the head nurse at that facility. She is the one with the basketball knee pads on..

Here we go again. Looks like 60% chance of rain Saturday per the Weather Channel. I am still going to HAG. My cholesterol is low, needs refilling.

Since it's supposed to rain big time on Saturday and be in the 70's the following Saturday, why not postpone the HAG meeting for a week?

works for me. After a week in 9 degree snowing and raining weather, I am willing to wait for some sunshine to get the baby out.

A friend of mine from the Windy City Cobra Club is in Mesa this week looking at houses. He asked for a Cobra ride while he's here, so maybe will kill two birds...
a Cobra ride and a good burger joint!
Now I have to explain to my regular navigator why he can't go this time!:

I had a feeling it would be a good time and a better burger. I have been looking forward to this all week. About an hour before I was going to head over there I went out a short drive to get the baby warmed up, I was cruising along at about 4000 rpm in 3rd gear and lost power down to idle then the engine died. I popped the clutch and it restarted but then dies again. It cranks, has fuel, fuel pressure but no spark. Charlie lives in the neighborhood and was nice enough to come give me a tow home. I was only about 1/2 mile from my house. I guess better it happened close to home than halfway to chandler.
I wont miss the next one.

Only 3 of us big boys had the Double Bypass: Lyle, Bruce and Me. All the rest whimped out with the single. Nice to see all who came again. I'm having a cholesterolectomy right now. Nurse Ratchet looks younger......and nice.
The restaurant expanded since our last visit and now the nurses put a gown on you before you order. Also the frys are not as good.

Yes, I was disapointed it the frys as well. The burger was good. Wish I had tried the milk shake, but I thought I should not over load my system. Next time just the milk shake.
Oh we had 13 cobras and 2 civilian vehicles show up.
Great time.

Tinney, Bob is really dreaming of a Colonoscopy!
He's trying to say that he's got too much cholesterol in his Colon.
Is that like Fat A$$?
