Saturday Morning at BASF
Ben Avery Shooting Facility. Mike and I had a fruitful morning out there. Mike and I each brought a couple of .45s and a 12 gauge each. I broke in my new 9mm too but couldn't hit a center target hardly at all. 3 inch barrel is just not enough for accuracy but with 17 round magazines I killed the target anyway. Just not the center. 9 fast rounds of 00 Buck twice really wrecks the target and your shoulder. Mike's new Defender worked just as planned. His XD .45 and my Kahr .45 and 1911 .45 all did just as predicted. My new shock absorbing stock actually works quite well on the Mossberg 590A1. http://www.blackhawk.com/product/spe...,1158,1447.htm
