Default Another Breakfast Run 4/14

Since Mr. Broberg has expressed a personal interest in participating and requested a fresh new thread for this, I am happy to oblige.

Breakfast run to Payson 260 Cafe to explore, among other things, their Prime Rib breakfast, departing from the Shell Station on Shea and B-Line at 0800 on Saturday, April 14. This will be a combined run with Cobras, Panteras, Chevettes, and a couple of other classics. (Sorry, I keep forgetting.) CORVETTEs not Chevettes. Looks like it should be a great run.

You mean I have to get up at 6am to make this? Barring that the creeks don't rise I should make it.

Dan,
I'm with Mikie. 8:30 to a 9am departure would be better. I still have scotch in my system at 8am.

Sorry girls, I'm not planning this. We've been invited to participate. If it's too early, wait for the next one.

Sounds like a good idea. Even though it is 8:00 am. I just might make it!!
I haven't been on a long drive with my son in a long time. He is in town that weekend so this might work out ok. No scotch but maybe some wine left over for those fast curves.

We're watching that. As most of you know, this changes day to day. Alternate plans are available if they seem appropriate. Stay tuned for updates as right now the rain is listed as "slight chance".

Emailed the info to the Pantera club and it looks like they'll be joining us also on Saturday. Just hope the rain will hold out until Sunday.

Ok Ya'll stay tuned. The forecast is predicting a slight chance of rain on Saturday. We will assess the situation as we get close. Right now, it's predicted that the rain will be very light if it gets here and it will be Friday. We'll see as we get closer.

Chuck and I were discussing that this morning and talking about an alternate desination. We'll keep an eye on the weather as it gets closer. I think it's a pretty safe bet that Payson is out for anyone with an open car. We talked about Florence, or Winkleman where we met the Tucson crowd last year. Watch the weather and check back Friday night.

I am already backing out. My car will be in Jeff's shop over the weekend. Getting some stuff done that I know I would screw up. Which could be most anything.
