Default Mesa Dave

Dave, I am planning to drive to your home to pick up the trailer on Sunday, July 1st. Is that OK? When is a good time? And I need address or directions or both. No brake controller or hitch yet so I may need to borrow your hitch if the truck is not too high. I also need tie down straps. I am planning on brake controller next week and hitch if needed.
I will be storing the trailer at Jeff's lot with the chickens for a measly $200.
You can e-mail me at dadlyb@cox.net or cell phone 623-363-5269
Thank You again to both you and Dan

AZ Bob

Well, $200 to Jeff and I guess Dave and I can drop our price to $200...each. Whatdaythink Dave, it that OK with you? Bob, I have a couple of hitches that will probably work but you have to get the brake controller or you'll be in deep kimchi..

Sun in the am would be best.
Dan can you bring over or show up with you're hitch so Bob has a choice of what will fit his truck? The hitch I have was kinda set up for our MH and may not work well.
Bob I will email you info on how to get to my place.

Thanks Dave. I will be over Sunday am. I sent you an e-mail requesting trailer tongue height so I can buy the correct hitch. I assume the standard 2 inch ball?

Not standard 2" ball, it's bigger than that but not sure of the exact size right now. Come over here and borrow one of ours and then you can get the hitch that will work with you're truck.

Call me.

10-4 Dave. Dan, will you be around Sunday in case your ball is needed? Or your hitch?

Thanks Dan, I am planning to reach Dave's about 10am, after a fuel tank refill, a motel stay and a couple of stops for food and potty.

Don't forget your passport. You should always carry that for international travel. I'll plan on arriving around that time.

Bob, what's your destination? Coming up north to get away from the heat? It's gonna be around a 100 in the Chicago area this coming week WITH humidity, that'll be warmer than Phoenix!

Ralph, our SPF/SCOF Super Cruz week this year is the last week in July. In the past I have driven the cobra to and from but age is getting to me. Since my son, who lives close, now has an available F-150 and both Dave and Dan have so graciously volunteered their Serpent Express I thought I would ride in comfort to and from. Days of heat or rain in a roadster are wearing on me.

Ralphie, I am not going until July 21st. Hopefully, the fires will be under control by then and I will go around them.
Now, get to bed. It's way past your bedtime young man.

Hold on. Dave volunteered. I just went along with it. I don't want you to spoil my rep as an unsociable character. By the way, did you get a hitch and a 2 5/8 ball? I'm bringing mine Saturday anyway.
