Thanks, yes Steve is till there in Scottsdale. I caught up with him a couple of times in Palm Springs. This May and a year or so ago.
He and Nancy drove across from Scottsdale and caught up with us for a couple of days in Palm Springs.

I have been to Fredericksburg but prior to Hershal building his Dads home and his home.
His house is all done now and I think he will be over here in March for the F1 Grand Prix. So will get an update.
