Default Next Weekend-March 2

Is supposed to be 81 degrees and sunny. We need to go someplace before the weather changes again. Any suggestion?

Sounds good Mike.

Maybe we can pickup some pie there, too. Yum!

I'm in

Thanks,
Will

I'll be in Casa Grande for the spring Antique Airplane show. Love those old airplanes.

The pie is still okay at Rock Springs. Unfortunately as life changes so does the quality of the food. It is okay, just not like it use to be 15 plus years ago. Memories seem to be prominent these days. Have a great run. Are you sure it is going to be warm enough Dan?

Mike,
Are there some good legs on your run to Rock Springs ? I really enjoy the run up to Jakes Corner, with wide open throttle at times !

Gary, the high is slated to be 81 degrees on Saturday vs. the slated high for last Saturday was 56 and it only reached 51 at my house. I would say that is sufficient difference to make for a most pleasant ride.

Mikes selection of a route looks OK, but I have the same question Scotty asked. Looks like a lot of stop lights and traffic.

so is this for Saturday or Sunday?

Also I ran into a gentleman out in Maricopa that owns the restaurant where the American Pickers went on one show, if you are familiar with the show. He wants to know if we could come out for a car show at his place on April 6th. The address is 49237 West Papago Rd.
I am getting more details, anyone interested? Good location for Tuscon guys also.

Sounds like a good location for the Los Angeles boys. My bad, it's actually south of Maricopa. That's Ralphies back yard. Weather permitting, sounds good to me.

We're talking about running Saturday, I believe.

If it's windy, Maricopa is out. Last time I went out there we got dusted pretty good in their parking lot. ( If it's the same place, near Gordon Levy's place )

April 6 is not this weekend. So far, I've heard suggestions about driving through town to go to Rock Springs and driving to Jakes Corner. I'm open to which ever one involves fewer stop lights.

We could do that. There are certainly very few stoplights that way, excpet I believe there is snow above Payson. I think I'm moving toward Jake's Corner.
