I am looking at purchasing my first Cobra replica. I was wondering if someone could recommend a good shop to perform a prepurchase inspection in the greater Phoenix area.

I have used and would recommend "Brighton Motorsports" located in north Scottsdale. Ph# 480-483-4682 and ask for Shane. Just tell him that Bill with the FFR recommended him to you. By the way, my brother has a beautiful NAF Cobra that he needs to sell and was just serviced at Brighton Motorsports, if you're interested.

Don't know where you live but there are other, well qualified people perhaps closer. Such as Gordon Levy in Maricopa: Factory Five Builder, High-Performance Ford Automotive Parts – Levy Racing , Charlie at Hot Rods by Dean near DV airport: INTRO - Hot Rods by Dean . Jeff Classic at Cobras N Vettes near Greenway and 43rd Ave in Glendale.

I spoke with Charlie at "Hot Rods by Dean" today. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgable. I will be using him for my PPI. I will report back with details. Thank you all for your suggestions.
