Default Craigs list killer

Karl,
I got your mail today, and yep, it is time to sell. I listed the car on C L for fun, so i have not worked real hard at moving her. Got two or three interesting scams, and one silly offer from the guys at Hillbank's in CA looking for a quick flip. If you know anyone in the market, let me know. The new drive train is all sorted out, now life has stepped in and some changes are in order. Cash is a huge motivator.....
Glad to see yours is ready or near ready to go. You have taken lots of abuse from our club friends over the years, but you do deserve it.. At least Mike stands up for you. eh?
John

Default On to a new life

Gentlemen,
It has been a long time since we met at Gordon's garage and started the Arizona Cobra Club, and not being an active member as I should have I don't even know many of the members any more. But, today the Ole Yelllar Cobra found a new home. She'll be staying in Globe, so if you happen to see her running about say hey to the new owner Ken Jones. Mike, Karl, Fitz, it's been fun, and Karl, when can i see the new car at Superstition Springs?

Sorry to see your departure from the world of cobras John. Your attendance was always a pleasant surprise and your big block yellow spf always sounded and ran great.
You ought to join us for our Anniversary Party. You might get the urge again.
AZ Bob

Hey John, I've been going to the shows sporadicly. Having a headlight gremlin so have been leaving before dark. Went to a show yesterday at the Albertson's, Power Rd. just north of Baseline. Got there about 5 and had to park 'way away from the core. Must have been at least 200+ cars there. I'll go much earlier next week. No Kmart tonight. DinDin calls.

Congrats on selling OleYeller. Still got the Nova?

Default i will see you guys around...

Hey Bob B. I have some parts for the early cars like ours, if you may be interested.. I have one front Trigo wheel, a new steering rack, 302 headers, and somehow ended up with two different sets of engine mount pedestals. I think one is for a 351 and the other is maybe for 427. I also have a Wilwood disc brake setup for the 8.8 TBird rear...
Karl, still got the Nova, still haven't finished it. I will find you some weekend somewhere. I know the Cobra went to a good home and hopefully Ken will have more time to enjoy it than I did.
Life Happens.
I will try to make it to the Christmas party.
Thanks guys, and we'll see you around.
John
