Scott Sherman is Joining AZCOBRAs
Our own Scott Sherman who has been hanging around our Tuesday at 5 N Diner group of misfit northside cobra owners has finally found his baby. Scott has been looking with our help since the car show at Avondale airport. His nationwide search has turned up some interesting choices but we think this one has won out. Can't wait to see it.
I'll leave it to Scott to list components.
AZ Bob

Thanks Bob.
Now I'm waiting for Stewart Transport to pick the car in Portland
OR. They called yesterday with a driver ready to pick it up, but the seller wasn't able to get home until late in the afternoon .....
The car is set-up just the way I wanted it, FFR 3250, 302 Trick Flow EFI, 8.8 with 3.73 gears, T5 Transmission, 5 lug, 4 wheel disk, Ceramic coated headers, Cobra valve covers, powder coated frame, the list goes on. The car has less then 3500 miles and has always been stored in the garage, in a "Auto Capsule".
It can't get here fast enough.
Bob, hope you feel better today then you did yesterday and look forward to seeing you up and around. Also, thank you and everyone else from the Tuesday night gang for all your help and answering all my questions. I'll still have more questions...... Thanks again!

Thanks Mike.
You must live fairly close since we're in the same zip code.

I'm in Peoria on 81st just N of Sweetwater. Haven't been doing the Diner lately due to cataract surgery. Night driving is out til I get my new specs.

Hey, Mikie. Wondered where you went to. Hope you heal and get out more.
Scott, question...I forgot to ask. Why did you not drive it back?

Yeah mikie...right now I can tell you more about eye probs than car probs!
Been waiting for two weeks now for the new glasses. Called them(not VA. They pay for surg but not glasses)today...seems there was a slight prob and they have to redo them.
Cat surg was a breeze once you're scheduled. Barnet, Dulaney, Perkins are contracted by the VA. It's just that I started this in Oct! Oh well, at least they're thorough...tested me six times and only confused me with somebody else twice.

Mike, I just recently had to take 2 pairs back to the VA and was told over 50% come back due the prescriptions be wrong. Can you imagine if a Bob B incorrectly filled over 50% of his prescriptions.

I think BobB generally doubled the potentcy of my meds...especially those cute little blue pills. Always suspected that Mrs. Karl might have had something to do with that.

If it's over 4 hours I have neighbors on standby. I hate to waste a good thing!
