Press Release for 2014 Kit Cars Show
July 22, 2014
The Association of Handcrafted Automobiles (AHA) in partnership with the Arizona Cobras are pleased to announce that our 8th Annual Kit Cars on the Colorado Car Show will be held the weekend of October 18th and 19th at the fabulous Riverside Resort and Casino in beautiful Laughlin, Nevada on the Colorado River.
Our 2014 event will be a one day show & shine on Saturday in front of the Don Laughlin Riverside Resort. Both organizations make a weekend of it by caravanning in from Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona on Friday with bench racing starting that evening. Sunday is a leisurely breakfast and the run home. In between are friends, stories to get caught up on, and a lot of bench racing.
Kit Car/Replica owners have been meeting in Laughlin for over 20 years now, previously as “Club Sandwich” and now as “Kit Cars on the Colorado.” This is an end of summer tradition for many, and is enjoyed by all. Join us there and see what the fun is all about.

Since I'm so close now, I'd love to come down and hang out (if you'd take a straggler Ford GT from Vegas) but the Ford GT rally 9 is in Vegas that week too. Maybe next year.

The price is much better then I can find anywhere online, most places around $79

The discount code only works if you call for reservation. Doesn't work online. Also I always request South Tower Street side up high so I can watch our cars out in the parking lot and it's quieter up high.
