Great run today. The food was super duper and the company was great. Lots of cops on I60 in town, had to slow down returning home.

Had a nice little drive up to Globe. Guayo's in Miami is closed on Wednesdays so we trucked on up to Globe. Hector came to my house. We met up with Superstition Bill, Keith, and Scotty at the Shell station then met Ken Jones (who owns John's Ole Yeller) since he'd driven from Globe to Superior. After we got to Chalo's in Globe, Mesa Mike showed up during a shake down run for his newly rebuilt engine. Seven Cobras on a Wednesday run was pretty respectable and the carne adovada was excellent!

Good work Karl! That turned out to be a mini cruise in. I agree the Carne Adovada was great: a new experience for me. There were 2 ERAs, a Superformance, and I guess the rest were FFRs. That's a pretty good mix of cars. I doubt if the weather will be friendly enough to repeat that any time soon but I'm glad we got this one done.

It was a very nice drive yesterday. A lot more Cobra's than usual especially for a mid week run. Good food, great company and superb scenery. Good job on this drive Karl! BUT the 101 sure gets crowded about 4pm! Glad I don't have to travel that freeway every day.
