If you all still remember where my office is-18th St and Glendale Ave- we could meet there at 7:30 am and be out to Apache Jct by 8 am. It would be easy for the west side guys to come across on Glendale Ave from the I-17 and Scotty can come over from his house and we can head down the SR-51.

How do you guys feel about party crashers...? :)
I'm still trying to iron out my work-schedule for this weekend to see if I can free up Saturday, but my buddy and I really want to meet up and run the first half of the day with all of you. We both have commitments on Sunday morning, so doing the full over-nighter is not possible for either of us... So, when you all stop at Hannagan's meadow for lunch, we would probably just take a quick break, have a beverage, say adios, then motor on for Eager, top off the tank, and roll back down the mountain for home... and all this is only if I get all my software patching for work done on Friday night.... otherwise, I'll be working Saturday morning, and we'll miss the whole thing. So, I'm not asking for any changes/additions to the Hannagan lodge accommodations, or the headcount- Just beware that the unique green Cobra might (or might not) show up Saturday morning at the Idaho Road meeting point at 8:15. If I don't show by the time you guys are ready to roll out, don't wait for me.... |

The weather seems to be holding for the trip. I am glad I installed a heater to supplement the header heater. Fun Fun Fun

Waiting for the cam and lifters. They are to be delivered today by FedEx, just don't have a time. The rockers came yesterday and the gasket set on Monday. good to go on those.

Boooo.... The green Cobra is out.
I got confirmation today that I have to work Saturday 9am- noon. The Software vendors wouldn't agree to have support staff available for us on Friday night. One less bottle of single malt for Dan. I guess I have another year to tinker on my car before running the Coronado with you guys. :( |
