This was shared to me on my facebook wall and thought that I would pass it along. Pretty good.

Thanks for posting that. It is a very good video and interesting to see a piece of history like that.

I archived that video years ago. Why? Because it happened at our local oval track, Desoto Speedway, and the car is almost identical to mine. I just need to remove my w/s and slap on the # 13 roundels and re-create the video. Wonder if Dennis Gage would come down and help out ?

Great video.
However at 4:50 in the video he made a mistake on its true color.

CSX3020 now resides in Dallas, Texas and George drives it regularly to the Texas Cobra Club DFW chapter gatherings. Here he is driving home down the North Dallas Tollway after the Legacy Bank car show in June .... I am building my car to look as close to CSX3020 and CSX3035 as I can manage. George and Brittany even let me try out the driver seat ~ Love that car!

I met Alan Grant, a driver for Shelby, last year. His Cobra was the only Shelby car that was painted yellow. I wonder if this is Alan's old car. Ever wonder why so many Shelby's have race history. One of Grant's jobs at Shelby was to refurburish "last years race cars" and sell them to the public.

Very cool. Both video and George.
Just met Dennis Gauge and pitched a show "where are the now" looking at 3020 again as back in the video it was his first show.
Kinda fell on deaf ears.
Oh well maybe he will reconsider.
