Correction I have 3 wires attached. Must be a loose connection or bad alternator or regulator.
Anyways hope your registration process works out. I am going to go back in a couple weeks after I fix the charging problem. Btw I used my 12 digit Kirkham chassis number to get my 3-day permit. But as noted had to go there in person.
