The memories of the tree are vague. I lived in the old Pony Express Lodge, which is now the Charthouse off of Stateline Road up the hill a bit. That was 1974. Cleaned the beach at Zephyr cove every morning, and parked cars every night. Great summer !  The locals weren't too friendly though.  |
