Pavillions gathering for Jan 19th. If we want to park together we must get there early. My guess noon time.
I received this from Lyle today:
I was at the Pavillions last Saturday. They announced that the 19th would be the biggest day of the year, due to auction traffic, and that there would be NO saving of spaces. This confirms your earlier suggestion about arriving very early that day if we want to get some Cobras together.

P.S.
If memory serves me right last year there were over 850 cars. Remember this coincides with the Barrett-Jackson auction.

We may make it down there next Saturday. Hope to get over by Hershals (if he's there) first thing in the am and then on to the Pavillions probably by 1ish or so.
After my discussion with some of the members at yesterdays brunch....We figured it is best to get there real early.
Soo...I plan on leaving the 5 & Diner (75th Ave and Bell) at 10 am.
Should arrive at the Pav around 11am. Those that want to arrive at the same time and then to want to go to the movies or shopping can go. I'll keep an eye on the cars.

Just to let you know that because of early fill-up at the pavilions last weekend I plan to be there by 9 a.m. that Saturday. Probably park, leave and come back. I do not believe we can save any spaces on that weekend, so >I guess it is every man for him self that Saturday.
FYI last year I believe the place was about full at noon.
Don
So be prepared to leave for the PAV early. West side gang if you want to caravan we may have to leave the 5 & Diner earlier than talked about.
