A couple thoughts:

We did a Tucson trip last fall and stayed at a private guest house from AIRBNB. Very comfortable and it felt more secure than a hotel.

The Titan Missile and Pima Air & Space trip sounds awesome, but the ladies won't see it that way. Great for a stag trip, but Desert Museum/Old Tucson would be better for the girls. Anybody got a Cobra for rent? Rattle Can Robert needs room for four. :-)

The Pima and the Titan would be good, but nniets is probably right about the wimmin. My Sweetie would not go, anyway, most likely.

I like Gary's idea, even though it was only a few months ago that we went to Bisbee.

We should check with The Esplendor Resort in Rio Rico to see if their kitchen is back up and running. Ralphie and the sisters probably know !

'Remodeling" is probably fake excuse. Being so close to Nogales, it's more likely they were busted for illegal activities, human smuggling, me thinks.
Scotty can attest that he and I were on the verge of getting hustled across the border by a professional gang of sisters.
But being astute sleuths (or is that sluts?) that we are, we overcame our temptation to join them.
Well, actually we were too heavily imbibed and couldn't see the numbers on our phones to call a taxi, thereby saving our lives.

Let's plan 2 days, 1 night ( the night of march 25 ) staying in or near Patagonia. The last place we stayed was ok in Sierra Vista. What do you boys think. We should get a head count for reservations.

The breakfast was darn good, for a freebie at a motel, at Sierra Suites, and I'm good with about anything reasonable, but how about the Hotel in Patagonia, you'd mentioned? Don't know about their parking situation, but can't imagine any issues in that little town. Anyway, that;s what insurance is for. They are our babies and our pride and joys, but they are just a car and there's lots of them on the market.

Dad gum it! By March 25th, Mrs. Sweetness and I will be in Australia. The 18th-19th or 11th-12th work for me. Otherwise, youse will be without my sweet disposition and kind words and sparkling wit.

BTW, the Stagecoach Inn, at the center of town in Patagonia publishes their room prices range between $99-$109, except for the "Annie Oakley" room that is $149.(Bet Danr, gun slinger, ****slinger would jump on that one) All plus taxes, of course.

The hotel does have a few rooms with kitchenettes so Scottie could bring Sandy and she could cook a few extra meals to keep him going between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Yep, she'd just be all over that!
