I don't know that anyone has seen or heard from him for a while. I haven't.

I've messaged him a couple times. Karl and I went for a visit to see his new FIA a few months back. He's had some extended trouble with his broken ankle but is slowly healing. He's hoping to start making some events late this spring.

Well I thought this was the "we don't care group".

First I have to thank Jeff, Bruce, and Darrel for the assistance in my latest episode. The reason I was unresponsive was I struck my head on the pavement hard enough to knock myself out.

Obviously I am up and driving, only the Sube so far but I did try the Porsche pedals with my fancy boot I am wearing and everything fit OK. I'll try and get that out in the next few days. Haven't tried the Kirkham fit yet. It is a little tricky because they took some bones out of the ankle and fused the leg bone to the foot bone. No more ankle movement, so you have to learn to push on the gas and brake pedal with the whole leg.

I am going to try and make next Tuesday ( if the wife lets me) but will definitely be at the picnic.

Thanks for everyone's concern, oh Dan the reason you didn't hear anything is you did not have a need to know.

Bob, I was glad to see you a couple weeks ago, at the burger fest. I left before your whoop-de-do but it's good to hear that you're up and about. My sweetness and I are bouncing around New Zealand now but will see you at the picnic.

Phx Mike

The Kirkham is licensed and running just fine. We did all that before I took my "TRIP" in Australia. It still has some minor things that need finishing but mainly I have see if my booted foot will fit and work the pedals.

Y'know, Bob, Mike has some experience polishing and finishing aluminum body panels...

They fired Bob's Kirkham up when Karl and I visited. It sounded EXACTLY like it should. Awesome sound. It could be recorded and used as a non-pharmaceutical form of Viagra.
