2011 Grand Sport - Inferno Orange Metallic. Quite different from the Cobra, but just as much fun ! It's more Infernoee in person.

Very cool Scottie. I'm proud of you. Corvettes are cool too, just not as much.

Very nice, i have a 09 Vette and a Cobra also. Totally different animals but both have their purpose and neither is slow, lol. Now you just need to add a fast bike to your stable!!!

DanR----No, never ever.

DRATTI---Yes and Yes. 30' x 40' deep. Should have gone bigger, it's full !

Mills---I sold my Road King in order to buy the Cobra kit. The bike had Bub's on it, and it was louder than it was fast. I wanted something a little louder !

Scottie, fire up your air conditioning, blast some tunes, fill your cup holders and bring it on over to the burger fest, Tuesday night at Padre Murphy's, 43rd Ave and Bell. 4:30-5pm ish. I'd like to see the car.

Has Sandy driven it yet? You'll probably not be able to get it away from her.

I'll try and make it to Padre Murphy's. Sandi cracked both the Z3 and Z4 front air scoops on curbs when parking, so , she will not be parking this one !! And she understands the rationale.

Keith,
Don't be surprised if you see the Vette once in a while. Top, AC, Stereo, Automatic, Wife, ( wife ??? ) Oh , maybe not !!

I like it Scott.... But it's the wrong color:

Why all Corvettes should be black... - Corvette Forum : DigitalCorvettes.com Corvette Forums

Side-Note: I found a video of my old Corvette that was posted to youtube in 2012 (6 years after I sold it) - I know it's my old car: same wheels, same "yellow to white" mod on the front marker lamps, and I still recognize the sound of the cam from that evil LS6 crate motor that I put in it...:

Didn't everyone once have a Vette? Here's my first one. Ordered new as my graduation present to myself.
I remember it well. New 1969 ordered late in 1968. Had to wait 12 weeks then park it in the garage since there were feet of snow on the ground.
Still have original window sticker.
350/350 4 speed, close ratio, short throw, 411 posi, 2 tops. Chick magnet. Not the fastest and poor milege, but cool for me.

Bob, was your Corvette "Rangoon Red" or Chevy Orange"?
The pictures of Scottie's new toy make it look "Tomato Bisque" but I'm thinking its probably a bit more orange than that. Looking forward to seeing it, and getting a ride. Haven't been in one since a late 70s eunuch with a Doug Nash, 4+3 OD. OINK!
