The weather is great until you get to July, Aug, Sept. Then you have had 100 days of temps above 100 degrees. Some days rising to over 110.

You don't have to move to the hot and dirty PHX area. North central AZ is great - four mild seasons! We moved here from the Phila., Pa area 6 years ago and haven't looked back.
