Anyone know of one I could get done on short notice, my ins. company is asking for one.

I know a guy in the East Valley that has been writing appraisals for years. Send me an e-mail if that part of the world works for you.

I need an appraisal as well. I live up in Peoria, but my bank needs one for my loan. And ofcourse I'm pretty sure my Insurance company will want one to. Is this person registered or licensed to do appraisals cause that's what my credit union wants?? Is there such a thing as a certified appraisal??

John, give Elmo a call, 480-854-1872. He's in Mesa but he gets all over the valley. He did my apprasial a couple years ago and my insurance co. was satisfied with it. I'm going to have him do it again since I've made quite a few improvements since then.

Mickie, I understand that YES there are sometimes that urges are overwhelming, but here I've been being very nice and holding my tongue in regards to SOME people's broken cars and the type of running gear in these BROKEN cars. I'll continue to do so...almost.
