OK....wife and I are planning (finally) on passing the kids off to the Grandparents next Saturday and making the rounds.
So who hangs out where? and what time?
I know the Pavillions @ Indian Bend
&
67th (?) ave and Bell
The wife is starting to get hooked on the car. One little push and she might even start ordering some goodies for me
thanks guys

The car show in the KMart parking lot, Power Rd. near Southern, in East Mesa usually draws150-200 cars on Saturday nights. There's tunes, a 50-50 drawing, and generally lots of lookie-lou's. Come on out to "God's Country".

OJ, you are correct. We gather at the K-Mart parking lot, SW corner of 67th Ave and Bell. Starting at about 5pm to 9pm. Parking lot was full last Sat between show cars and public. I am guessing 300+ show and 300+ public. Normally 6 or so cobras. Mike and I are there every week playing "Show Cop Barney Fifes" No music, only vendor is Hotdog, drinks, chips stand for March of Dimes. We have Mini-mart and K-Mart also.

People start showing up around 4:30 or so. As the temperatures get higher, the arrivals get later. The place pretty well clears out after the drawing, 7:30 ish. Hope to see you there. My car is the copper colored one with the "engine in backwards", according to mikie C.

Hey y'all,
I knew there were cars at the Power Road k-mart, but didn't know any of the Cobra folks were regulars.
I may drive the beast up there from Queen Creek this Saturday, but only if other Cobras will be there.
BTW Karl, my engine is in backwards also, and I like it that way...
Hope to see y'all there.

itbites, I have every intension of being at the show Saturday night. I always park in the northern most row and the car's pretty easy to spot. Should get there about 4:30-5:00. Never know how many Cobras will show up but there have been some nights with three or four. The weatherman's calling for it to maybe be down into the 70°s so hope that doesn't scare too many away. Hope you can make it . Be good to see another bassakwards-motored car.
