I think its something we picked up from the English.

Hell ,we were all tossed in prison boats post 1770 and sent out to Australia by them English and told to do it.

Sitting on the left - it makes interesting overtaking on a single lane road.

I AGREE.

WHILE IN ENGLAND I FOUND NO ANSWER AFTER ASKING MANY PEOPLE AS A SIMPLE WAY TO STRIKE UP CONVERSATIONS WITH THE LOCALS.
