Phoenix Police issued an All Points Bulletin for this man ..........last seen leaving a local mall in a silver Cobra.....he is wanted for the crime of (1) impersonating Santa Claus without the proper permits............(2) Crusin around the valley with a blown up barbie doll not wearing her seatbelt....................If i dont see you Phx guys before the end of the year...have a great holiday season!!!........
