As one who is watching the current market with intent of buying in next couple of months (likely ordering a CSX or Kirkham), would agree that market is soft. While I am no economist, think that market reflects a broader weakness in amount of disposable income available. Seeing these indicators also play into new car sales as well (Toyota, GM, Ford, etc.)

Also beginning to wonder if Cobra market may be hitting a saturation point (just musing here) as a factor of those who would like one versus the number available. With qualifications, wondering what the mean age of a Cobra owner is and how this might be impacting market as well...ah well, mysteries of life and all that.

I would like to state the obvious. I am also looking and there are a lot of Cobra's (used)with all kinds of combinations available for sale. This alows the buyers to wait and really shop until either their dream combo comes up or something really close comes up that can be altered to that dream. Supply and demand. Personally I hope the mkt price stays up...

A quick check of Cobra Country this morning shows an amazing number of cars sold recently. Sold in the deadest time of the year. It is cold and Spring is a long way away. It looks like just about all the reasonably priced cars that have been on the market a few weeks have sold. The ones that look about 10Gs overpriced sit. However, amazingly a few cars that look overpriced have sold too.

Maybe there's nothing to get worked up about.

Jack
