Rob,
I second what Dave from Mesa says about the MVD on Greenfield. I had heard horror stories about other offices but this one knows what they're doing. Well worth the drive from Peoria for me.

(And they even have windows where you can watch your car as you sit and wait for your number to be called. Right, Dave?
