I know it's early but, as we saw with the problems in Heber I thought I would post here.
We have 10 rooms at the Lodge. All those that stayed at the lodge last year have rooms there this year. The lodge is sold out for the event. Ginny has booked 5 rooms at the motel next door and I believe we have 2 left. We have a block of 13 rooms in Kingman, but can easily modify that, as for some reason they like us and they are giving us a discount.
Contact me by email to let me know if you are planning oin attending, so I can get a good head count and hopefully adjust the rooms as necessary.
Fitz.. Your buddy with the mustang is included in the bookings.
