Coolant Overflow Tank Leaking

I was checking out my coolant overflow tank and there was hardly any coolant in there, so I filled it up and proceeded to dump coolant all over my garage floor.

Is this a mustang part? It follows the radius of the fan on one side and it's staight on the other. It looks as though it has a bottleneck in the middle, and that is where it is leaking from. I have a 1999 MK1.

I also noticed that the bottom of the fan box is loose.

It looks like there may have been clips down there at some point, but it's hard to tell, since nothing is holding the bottom edge onto the radiator now.

Looks like I'll be riding the motorcycle this weekend...
