After about 1000 miles of driving, I got a chip that turned into an hugh "X". I don't want to replace the windshield every 1000 miles. It's not just these cars, either. I bought a brand new Murano and cracked the fog light on the way home from the dealer.

The cobras are low to the ground which makes the windshield fairly vulnerable, and I drive the car a lot. I bought the car two months ago and I've put over 1300 miles on it. With all of the chip sealing in Arizona, I don't see how you guys aren't getting chipped windshields.

Now you know of a guy in Phoenix that has had to replace his windshield, and I'll bet I'm not the only one....
