Default Pavillions or 83rd or Both?

Going to be in Scottsdale this weekend for R&S and B-J. What is the story on the Pavillions and 83rd? Both are big cruises on Saturday nights or what? Would like to see either/both.

Thanks for information.

Pavillions on Saturday, lots of cars for sale, overflow buyers from JB & Russo
auction will look and maybe buy. No 10 percent buy and sell charges.
Cars will arrive about 10 to 11 AM.
Good luck.

The Pavilions is going to be crazy, hell the valley will be crazy. Folks will have to get to the Pav. very early to park or park ringers to save a spot and be traded out latter. The regulars represent a nice mixture but cars will be coming out of the woods.

83rd is smaller but the showing is respectable and the car count can exceed 400+ cars on a nice (non-BJ) weekend. The two locations are on different sides of the Valley but less than 1/2 drive time by freeway. As a local I will avoid the Pav. but probably show a car at 83rd. I will be @ BJ and Russo on some of the days so maybe see ya there.

I'll be at the Pav. I've got a beautiful green stage 4 car for sale.

There is a nice gathering of Cobras and other fine FORD products at 83rd on Saturday. If you go to the PAV, you better take your shoe horn. It was crazy by about 3:00 last Saturday.

I will take a guess that you are from out of town? You should go to the Pavillions, last year there were 800 cars and this year there will be more - far more, because of the economic meltdown. You will easily find a place to park a regular car, the mall is on both sides of the street and has about 5000 parking spaces so don't worry about that part. There are some of the coolest cars you will ever see ar a non pro car show, you need to go!

I went to BJ last night and Tuesday or not the cars were selling for the most part for the same money you would pay in the paper... much different than last year...

If you want to sell your car at the Pavillions, you should get there pretty early. My friend who does that sort of thing is going to be there at 6 am and I heard a lot of others say the same thing...

Most othe cars were from 10am until at least 9pm.

Danr,
The Pav. and 83rd do have many nice FORD's and about anything that can be imagined. I hope to see a lot of new blood........ sweat and ingenuity added to the regular local cars. Hope to see ya there. Jeff c

I'm on the lookout for a nice 69/70 Fastback Mustang, 66/67 Fairlane, and perhaps some other interesting cars. So I will hit the PAV in the morning I guess? Sounds like a madhouse... I will feel right at home.

I saw a nice 69 428 SCJ Fastback at the Pavs 2 weeks ago. It was an original real car and it was pretty reasonable at $155K. Everyone knows the potential value to the penny here, there are few real bargains..

I'll be at BJ all day Saturday. My SPF is on display in the Roush booth. Hope to see some off you there.

I will see you there. Have to spend some time there with my Roush friends and work a little around the Backdraft there. How's the bright orange one looking?
