Engine and tranny installed FINALLY

I waited for Mikiec to post about the D shaft you are having fits with. He told me that is normal or happened to him too. Jack the tranny up to the floor and then install and then lower. Did I get it right Mike?? Mike also asked me for photos of older clieco fasteners, I think he is trying to compare to old family photos he has somewhere.

I must be getting old. I forgot that conversation.

Jason you need to jack up the back of the tranny 1 -2 inches. You should then be able to install the drive shaft. The same goes for removal.

But won't the drive shaft rub? After I set the tranny back down, won't it hit the brace?
