Default Copperwynd for Brunch

Hey guys....call your ladies over and let them read this message.

Ladies.....Lorraine here on Mesa Mike's log in. What about a Brunch for the ladies (guys can come too) at Copperwynd some Sunday in the next couple of months? We have been several times and it is so beautiful up there and it's close too. As you probably know it's up in Fountain Hills with a beautiful view of the valley. This would be centrally located for just about everyone and we "girls" could enjoy a relaxing meal and even take in a massage at the spa. The guys can hang out in the parking lot and talk "shop" and eat trail mix while we throw down some momosa's at the brunch on the patio????

Take a look www.copperwynd.com

I enjoy the runs with Mike and the guys but it's time for a ladies run and what better to do than a brunch and or a massage at a 5 star spa??? We could even give special recognition for any of the ladies that drive their cobra to the resort. LOL

What's with this " ...ladies that drive their Cobras..." Come on ladies, get behind the wheel of your SUV and leave the real Cobra driver's alone. Can you guys imagine how much a trip like Lorraine is talking about will cost you ??? There goes the new heads that you wanted, maybe the new 6 speed trans ---gone, in one trip to Copperwynd. The new tires that are almost within your grasp, gone !!! If Lorraine wants a " run" then let her and her friends do two trips around the fairgrounds. And a "relaxing meal",---- get me another beer woman. "Throw down some momosas", them's fighting words,---where's my beer?

Lorraine...

Set up a date and time. I'll get an email out about it. I know alot of the ladies have been asking for something like this for awhile.

John, Certain ladies still want to take your wife shopping.

Very, Very good Mike. That was as good a shot as we've had in a while! Even Fancy would be proud of that one.

Kaboom, you missed. "...We 'girls 'could enjoy a relaxing meal and even take in a massage at the spa. The guys could hang out in the parking lot... " Aaaaah, if the "girls" want a "girls" web site then let them get one. It is certanily OK with me if you Phoenix guys go hang out in the parking lot ... and eat trail mix. You guys (?) have some powerful women up there. Should I bring some trail mix to the next get together ?

John yes bring the trail mix it will be better than the tree bark we have been eating. Hey the next time you see my wife can you ask her for my balls back I might need them in case a Corvette comes up next to me on the open road. does that treatment come complete with the hot rocks and candel wax

Even the girls deserve a day at the spa expecially if it does not come out of my car fund!

Boys....boys......boys! Calm down now. All I hear is alot of reasons for us "girls" not to drive the Cobra and not have our own day for the "finer things". Do you every hear us whine about sitting in a hot/cold parking lot behind/next to/ in front our our "rides"???? Well now, I think it's time for you "guys" to step up to the plate and "sponser" your better half to a nice brunch and spa treatment. Also, All the above responses have been from the Alpha Males. I'd like to hear from the Ladies..........if you have the NERVE to show them this thread!!! LOL

I will gladly sponsor my other half to a spa treatment and a nice lunch. Any time you want, Lorraine.

I will not say anything about standing around the womens clothing dept. while my better half did her "shopping". I will not say anthing about grocery shopping while I pushed the cart and tried to look interested. I will not say anything about sitting in a straight backed chair while my spouse did her "thing" in a store. I will not admit to being an Alpha male. Maybe us guys owe reparations to our wives because they have been slaves to us all these years while we have done nothing to improve their comfort. Where's my beer woman !

John your right, there is nothing stopping my wife from doing what she wants as long as she has completed her duties. I hear it all the time, pay the bills, take out the trash, take me out to dinner. I do not force her to sit in the parking lot, she can stay at home cleaning, it's ok with me. If she wants to have hot rocks placed on her back and Sfen massaging her back she can go at any time!

I must admit I did show her this thread and asked her to respond but she declined. Now that I have stated my inner feelings I will make sure she dosen't come within 100 feet of this post or I will be lucky to have half a Cobra!

I thought Ophra had a forum for this kind of stuff?

OK, Now I'm running.....
